Each condominium-style unit is individually owned, meaning decor and condition vary by room. All units come with fully equipped kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces, and washer/dryers. Select rooms add private hot tubs next to windows overlooking the ski hill.

The hotel sits 280 metres from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, with ski lifts reachable by a short walk across the parking lot. A complimentary public transit bus stop is located directly in front of the building, providing free rides to historic Main Street and other parts of town. Underground parking is included for one vehicle per reservation, though the garage has tight spaces and limited clearance for larger SUVs.

Guests have access to a spa and wellness centre that includes a sauna and hot tub. The indoor/outdoor pool area is open year-round and features sun loungers. However, the sauna door can be difficult to open, and some guests report that not all hot tub jets function properly.
